Welcome to Day 2!

Hello everyone and welcome to day 2 of the 2024 Climate Change-Makers Challenge!

We have a day packed full of some wonderful events and workshops for y'all ahead. As always, the link for the Day can be found on our events schedule (See the #resources-and-events channel in Slack for the schedule containing the link). We will be doing our best to record each of the workshops for those unable to attend. Each of the workshops attended today is eligible for bonus points and Games Night has prizes available to win!

Our first session: Intro to Ideation starts in 1 hour (8 am EDT, 12:30 pm GMT, 6 pm IST) and is all about the different approaches to ideation including principles of human centered designs.

Next up after we have our second session: Indigenous Knowledge for Climate Action which talks about how indigenous ways of knowing can help us address the climate crisis. This session is held at 2 pm EDT (6 pm GMT, 11:30 pm IST).

Our third session talks about market researching, intersectionality, and systems thinking in how we address problems. This session is called Looking at the Big Picture & getting to the Root of Your Problem. It is being held at 4:30 pm EDT (8:30 pm GMT, and 2 am IST).

To round off the day we have Games Night which I highly recommend attending! It is being held at 8 pm EDT (12 am GMT, and 5:30 IST).
